Messages go to a monitored inbox. We aim to reply within two to three business days, though a message that needs a code change may take longer to resolve than to answer.
What to write about
A word that should have been found. Tell us the letters you entered and the word you expected. Some misses are dictionary differences between this tool and the game you are playing, and some are genuine bugs. We can usually tell which is which from those two details.
A word that should not be there. The dictionary is large and includes some entries that are technically valid but useless in a puzzle. If something looks wrong, say so.
Something broken. A page that will not load, a button that does nothing, a layout that breaks on your phone. It helps to know which browser and device you were using.
Advertising and business enquiries. Use the same address and say so in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
We are not the developers of Wordscapes, Word Connect, or any other puzzle game. We cannot recover a lost game account, restore purchased coins, fix a crash in the app itself, or pass a message to the game's publisher. For any of that, contact the game's developer through the app store listing you installed it from.
